PVP Wintrade Exploitation, is this reportable?

Steps are:
1. Get two parties
2. Queue at same time
3. ????
4. Profit

Thats the only way I could think ppl could win trade, but then someone came and said that I should research before I say anything... Well, if there are other methods, maybe PvP should be more fun (so more ppl would do it in the first place) to begin with too =P

PS: I'd love to get those clothes just for glamour, maybe SE should make them craftable lv1 w/o any status? xD
