The only problem with FATEs are that there are too many standard FATEs and too little unique FATEs

What SE can add:

A FATE where you need to speak to an NPC first and only the first 8 players can do the FATE (short repop timer) :

The one christmas FATE, where you jump into the AoE circle to get a buff, was a start into the right direction to make FATEs more funny.
