How about giving us bonus xp when we are not logged on

We asked Yoshida if there would ever be a system implemented that gives bonus EXP when not logged into the game. He let us know that the release period has not been decided yet but we are going to do it!

So they are going to Rename Fatigue to Rested XP. Good Game. :P

but how is surplus any different from rested xp?

Protip: Its not. Its the same system, just worded wrong and with bad PR.
