Can we go to a place where the forum for the game I love is filled with threads about the game instead of every asshole's feelings?

@skeezixdilemma
a lot of us are trying to be nice.I didn't disappear from the thread there's just been nothing to respond to.
Just a bunch of people defending their sexist assumptions about player gender and a small handful pointing out that assuming male by default is shitty.
That's consistently been the content of the thread from page one so what exactly am I supposed to respond to at this point?
at the end of the day you can just deal with it.
again not trying to be a butt but...there's far more things in life that's worth
getting upset abt that some ppl caling u a dude on the interwebs lol
So because we didn't all agree to kowtow your demands we're all sexist? News for you this is a problem unique to you because you decided you were a woman and not a man. You want everyone to call people by their characters gender but you forget people post y the opposite gender sometimes. I'm a big burly man and would be just as offended being assumed a woman unless I name my character Jeff.I didn't disappear from the thread there's just been nothing to respond to.

I've twice now made the suggestion of finding an LGBT FC where they'll call you whatever you want but you've ignored me twice. Putting that aside though how often are you really called he? I tried to think and 9/10 I call someone a short hand of their name and will only ever use a he or she if I'm saying hes getting a snack or something. So I really fail to see how this is a problem even for the most sensitive of people

Hint, if people wanted to offend you, there are way better words to say and i am honestly surprised they aren't thrown out here considering your attitude.
Dude.... you also have sexist assumptions if thats how you want to label it.I didn't disappear from the thread there's just been nothing to respond to.

That still has great potential to be offensive to someone. I suggest we follow Hodors example as he is the epitome of gender neutrality and respect
I'm more saying sexist assumptions because to treat male as default is to assume male player, and assuming male player in a game where a very significant portion of the audience is women is sexist prioritizing of men. It isn't calling the people who do it sexist, rather calling out this one specific thing as sexist, and unless you think who a person is is defined entirely by one of their actions, those are not the same thing.
The "lol no girls on the internet" joke, apart from being ten years old and not even funny the first time posted in this threat, is overtly misogynist tho.
Yup, a troll. 13 posts, all in this thread, 35 pages. You all got caught by this troll.
