this is such a fail argument, you cannot hold the sellers accountable for where the gil comes from in the slightest unless it can be proved that they in fact knew the gil was RMT or were some how participating in the RMT themselves

it would be like punishing wal-mart for selling food to drug dealers because the drug dealers money was illegitimate. wal mart has no way of knowing where your money comes from and its not their responsibility to. just like its not the merc's responsibility to question where its clients gil comes from.
