I have 300+ runs now and am nearing animus, and have just fully geared my bard. Also have done some as bard and observed other healers. Most as Scholar.

In that time this is what I have found.

1. If you use Eos you're either undergeared, inexperienced, or insecure about your ability and don't belong there. Haste the BLM.
