Would allowing BLM to cast while moving break the job?

1.0 originally allowed caster to cast whilst moving but Yoshi-P removed it because it would interfere with his PvP vision, Ironic that PvP died before it was released.

The community posted several suggestions for compromises back then, but they just ignored them.

You could slow down mages while casting, you could reduce the spell-damage while moving.
etc. etc.

still think that was one of the lamest nerfs Yoshi came up with.
