Had to heal a terrible tank the other night in Stone Vigil who was already bad enough at managing multiple enemies, but that didn't have Flash. At 43. ... Needless to say we wiped several times when the idiot couldn't Overpower them all at the start and then I aggro'd 2 of the 3 dragon aevis's from a single heal to the tank. We tried to warn him to get Flash before doing any more dungeons and got an "alright lol"

... I could probably bet money that the idiot went right into another dungeon after that.
My main is healer role and i can tell watching enmity is healer's responsibility. Every white mage can have a medica II and Holy fest, but a bit later he will inevitably die. Same happens when you don't watch who you heal (including bad tanks). Let him die and save the rest.

and sometimes for trash in higher lvls, i be comboing so much and watch my tank n ppls health too. it's pretty fun
trying to do a lot but those times before bosses, i use selene for the speed buffs and switch to mostly healing in bosses with eos. real fun ^^l
love sch, u can add some dots here and there which helps the team out alot.
I healed full cutters cry (lv38) without leaving cleric stance. I think it may also work in DD (lv44). Rouse and Fei illumination make wonders. Also when i am the sub-healer i don't leave the CS unless i need to succor the team.

It is also the weakest (10%) damage mitigation buff tanks have. Tanks also have passive mitigation such as parry (all tanks) and block (pld).

1. SCH Stoneskin/Protecting the party when a WHM is around
2. Not DPSing when incoming damage is low
3. Not having [..] Stoneskin (SCH)
4. Cleric Stance healing (not removing it when told its on)

5. Pets running wild (also applies to SCH, but harder to notice)
I will state reasons behind it.
1. "Wake up everyone, lets start the fight..."
2. Frustrated by team performance, harassed, headache, chatting, even NEW - DF in other words.
3. Over the 2 months i had a reason to stoneskin someone only twice, why waste time casting it when it's not really needed.
4. Better half healing then no at all. CS lags, often it's better to cast a heal while in CS. Scholars can lustrate, but whms would save the benediction.
5. Everyone who played a tank knows how annoying Eos buffs are - they are impossible not to notice.

What annoys me is not class-specific, but generally people not doing their best to complete the dungeon. They have decent gear and fail-proof build, but are not paying attention, not using cooldowns, not spamming skills, not using all available skills, and eventually run takes very long and often fails. This attitude is not something they can change over time - it is their play style and they like it.
