Name annoying things that people do on certain Classes/Jobs.

Bards kiting the boss around like an idiot, ESPECIALLY when some of the other dps classes are melee.

OK, serious question: should I not be kiting the Lancer at the end of Halatali HM? When I have run it, it has targeted me, and I felt the right thing to do was kite it. I can keep doing damage and not take any, and even solo him this way.

Should I stand still instead?

Funny story about the running thing:

Was lvling BLM, about 30ish, maybe less. FATE pops up in Drybone, over the east bridge. It's the conclusion FATE to the series with the Amaljaa Boss. No is around, but I decide, whatever I'll go for it. So I kite him along the river where no adds could reach me, spamming Scathe, Swiftcast+Fire -> Transpose to keep my MP up. Get him about halfway when some people arrive, none of which are tanks. Another BLM arrives, and starts yelling at me over /tell to stop running. I couldn't respond, because there was no way I was stopping at this point. If a tank had arrived, I would have given it up (albeit unwillingly, I did do all the work up until that point), but it didn't, so on I go, knowing no one that was there would pull hate off of me at that point. We end up winning, I'm still being berated by a BLM. He could have easily managed to hit him from a ranged a spot, and I explained that if I had stopped, I would have died, but apparently that wasn't good enough.

I understand this is somewhat of an isolated incident, but at the same time I do recall kiting bosses/groups of mobs during lower lvl (and some higher lvl) dungeon runs as BLM or BRD and being the only survivor, finishing the mob. It's always a rush, and really fun to do. I've only done any of these when/if the tank goes down, and no one's really argued about it. Pulling hate and doing that is another thing........but still pretty fun :x Do something crazy every once in awhile, keeps everyone on their toes and the game fresh.

...BLM's that don't help out with eye for an eye between pulls. Seriously it's your skill and I had to grind THM to get it on WHM.

People that complain about you not having all of your "required" cross-class skills.

When I hit my WHM stoneskin macro and then 10s later the other WHM starts to stoneskin other players.

Everyone else when I'm farming fates for atma that are lvlsync'd below 12.

When I sleep (a) mob(s) only to have the brd decide that NOW is a good time to lay down burning arrow.

When people decide to dance in a line and not even sync up, or worse they don't even dance the same dance.

When people ask to be kicked from content. Man, just leave.

Uh, Eye for an Eye is VERY useful. Maybe not for normal dungeons, but for the harder stuff, that 10% adds up.

Fighting Caduceus the other day in a PF group (before echo went live).

It was my party so I had told a bunch of newer players that if one of the tanks die, and we have to kite the boss (which usually ends in disaster). I also said that during this phase if we have an LB 3, we should let the healer use. if not, I will hallowed ground giving melee enough time to LB it, just DONT STAND BEHIND OR IN FRONT OF HIM WHEN YOU GO FOR THE LB.

Long story short, I HG.. DRG goes for LB right in front of Cad, gets hood swinged for 7k damage. We wipe, everyone lols.

or just stay and finish it. If you really have to leave, then the 30 minute penalty won't matter because you had to actually leave the game. if the 30 minute penalty is that much of a big deal, the 5 minutes it will take to finish brayflox after the 2nd boss won't stop the world from spinning on its axis.
