How often do people actually clear Titan Extreme?

You're missing the point.. There are no mechanics in HM that require most people to be alive. It's more of an endurance test after heart. With Extreme, even if you out gear the content, it will still be very hard to deal with gaolers if a tank dies, or kill the gaolers before the gaols spawn if you're losing DPS. And even if the gaolers do die, you'll lose another DPS and healer to gaols if you don't have enough DPS to down them before sepulcher.

Honestly, 25% echo proves my point for me. Even with that huge buff, I still haven't found a group that could finish it. Gear does't help when people panic during mechanics.

Actually... in titan HM, after heart, his stomps increase in numbers. You will not survive on the minimum ilvls pass a certain point.

And gear does help in titan EX. case in point echo. If you can't dodge weights stacking, with enough echo (pass 30%) you can literally separate and eat the weights, before healing through it.

And for bombs, you can eat a bomb by standing in the middle of it, and healing through it.

You're just raging on the wrong things. Because it never occurred to you to do something besides derping. Change tactics if you know brute force is possible.
