the problem is they missed completely the point of what gaming actually is.
gaming is supposed to be fun, to entertain.

farming atmas is repetitive, mindless, monotonous work.
a job normal people would only apply for when the amount of salary justifies it.
c'mon SE, pay me 10$/hour and i'll do it.

but the thought that there are people who do this voluntarily?
AND paying subscription fees?

sorry but that is just completely beyond the scope of my imagination.

Yeah, letting my sub lapse today. I'm not prepared to continue to fund their bad decisions and slaps across the players' faces.

Other than the bullshit droprates on atmas I loathe the fact we level a character to 50, gear it up as well as we can, and then are shoehorned into these level-capped fates that completely invalidate our character's achievements. It's lazy and it's piss poor design.
