    Dragoon - Phelobotomize off GCD - sure i don't mind a pet(pet was not the reason drg was bad in FFXI, like the above poster said, good drg can still out dps most classes).

    Monk - Make buffs lasts slightly longer.

    Paladin - Make one of the def buff into AoE defence that covers party members and adds enmity.

    Warrior - Increase duration of foresight, increase parry rate.

    Scholar - Allow use more stack to increase potency of Lustrate, Scared Soil and Energy Drain.

    Whitemage - Lower recast on presence of Mind

    Blackmage - Firestarter should stack or fix the proc delay.

    Bard - Using ballad lowers their defense and HP. Foe requiem increase their attack by 2%.

    Summoner - Pet should not attack anything when i'm on chocobo, should return when i run out of distance.

    You want to remove the dmg penalty from ballad and replace it with the lower def/HP correct? Just want clarification.

    There's a good chance that Bards will get an HP-over-time song to compliment their TP and MP songs once we get the level 55+ job skills when the cap is raised. Although I haven't done the Bard quests for some time now, if I remember correctly, Jehantel uses some unique songs alongside the usual Bard ones we see now (one of which restores a small amount of HP over time while active). This is quite different than most NPCs who just have access to Cure regardless of class/job, and even has its own animation and buff icon. I'm sure this will be one of the future job skills (thus, also justifying why Bard LB is an AoE heal).

    Yeah, to promote them to use these songs often. I met bunch of lazy fudges. heck, people are lazy to use Foe requiem, it doesn't do squat to them!

    My foe requiem is constantly on in Brayflox.

    I agree, I rarely see songs unless I am the BRD. Only time I hold off Foe is on the Lost City sub boss with the pollen stack adds.

    Either make spell speed userful on summoner, or remove it from summoner gear(expecial their job specific weapons and armor). Spell speed has 0 impact on smn.

    I don't know if you played FFXI, but summoners got to summon avatars with the appearance of the primals, but in a slightly smaller form. Not exactly something that is so far fetched as to laugh at the idea of it. I don't care if HE was joking, the amount of threads started about these very same topics means it is something that people actually want in-game.

    Pet was the reason DRG was bad in FFXI, though. Under ideal circumstances, a dragoon was as good as other DDs. The problem came when your wyvern died and it had a 2 hour cooldown. Your damage was significantly reduced and unfortunately this happened a lot. Add in the fact that they had some pretty bad skill chain weaponskill and it made them very undesirable.

    Just because they want it in game doesn't mean they are going to get it. The thing that really irks me about some of the comments is that people want this from FFXI or want that from FFXI. In my opinion, if you want it that badly, then go back and play FFXI.

    FFXIV is its own game with its own lore and niches. Sure it may borrow and play upon other ideas from past Final Fantasies, but that does not mean it has to follow it as an exact carbon copy.

    We all know how well most squeals do in the Final Fantasy world, and last I checked this was not a sequeal to FFXI.

    That's just one example. There are a number of others... besides, they'll be including more content with stun-rotations in the future, and it'll again be a problem. It's not a big deal, but it'd be nice to be able to use our gap-closer in these fights. Also Bind/Heavy more frequently affects mobs than Stuns do in boss encounters, so it'd be a nice way to peel for that Healer that pulled even. It's not a huge deal, but it's a better alternative than the inability to gap-close in numerous encounters IMHO.
