Make leaving a duty or walking out the front door of a roulette a 60-90 minute penalty!!

I have been finding that more and more with roulette they walk in the dungeon and if they don't like the dungeon they turn around and just walk out the door not carrying about any penalties they are whm or paladin. It is instant queue for them always..

Watched over the last few days trial roulette tank walk in ew titan then walk out.
got into HM roulette again 10 minutes ago copperbell hardmode the duty commenced whm looked turned around and walked out the door and tank left with him leaving me and other dps standing there.
