    Which are.....? sorry, being monk since 1.0 (well, 1.XX, you know) and... for me is almost useless. When do you want to use it? I did it at the beginning of Titan HM when i wasn't aware of his mechanics and i wanted to be more cautious, but now i use Fist of Fire always, only changing sometimes to Fist of Earth to reduce some damage from unavoidable aoes (and usually i forget to do it lol)
