    1. Have you seen how long it takes to change say 6 pieces of gear with a macro in this game? It's not instant like in FFXI.
    2. Flashing/blinking players
    3. Carrying around extra gear
    4. There's not enough gear variety in this game yet to make gear swapping useful
    5. It's annoying

i read everything and thank you for not reading cause i pretty sure i *** on every excuse as so did Enthy with basically the same reasons i said. you need to read the posts b4 posting yourself.

also roll it been said, if there was a blinkmenot then se could of kept it from happening in ffxi, in ffxiv it could of been faster and without blinks. don't *** on the idea, *** on the way se is implementing it. no matter the reasons for or nay. the idea behind it for me is not destroying old gear or content, also if it don't do that, at the very least it will give players lots of gear to collect, nm's to kill and hunt. more reasons to not quit say dynamisis or a endgame event cause they got the 1 items worth getting instead.

give us more spaces, make it less anoying. don't completly trash it, nor give se a reason to throw out good ideas cause it take them a little work to fix and then just give us a copy of other mmo's. and eventually there will be enough gear if they wanted it that way.

think of it as a bluemage, u needed to collect every spell to use it properly. this was awsome, it took time and was fun to do. this is the same process , swaps do this for every class but with gear.

Kept main target on tank. Used <st> for spot healing the other members. If tank likes to swap gear I just spot heal everything. My main was White Mage and I didn't have trouble healing, it was just annoying when my target would disappear off someone that needed a heal ASAP. And yes I used blinkmenot later for this but the point is, NO ONE should have to worry about their target disappearing when targeting party members for a simple heal.

I want to point out you're comparing 2 very different games. While you aggressively scream yes for gear swap you're forgetting how the user interface and UI works, and also including the class system. The vast majority prefer an uncomplicated way of playing this game my friend.

When I look at the AF3 lv90s gears and accessories in FFXI now, the need for swapping is null and greatly reduced anyways. ironic huh?

That's one of the reasons they're adding the Materia System

You needed to collect every ability to use it properly? What? I have no clue how that relates to gear swapping. And collecting blue mage spells was fun? Sitting around for a chance that an enemy will use the right ability for a chance at learning it? That's your idea of "fun"?

If you're getting so bored with the game's combat to the point where you think gear swaps would actually add some depth, then you've really fallen off the deep end. How about a better combat system in which you're constantly using abilities that actually matter? Your effectiveness in battle should be determined by your knowledge of what skill should be used when, not if you can macro a crapload of gear to one skill.

Yes I do have a My Little Pony sig because I'm not a complete loser who lives in his own little world, proclaiming something is stupid because I say so.

i quit b4 this, and from what i hear it destroy all other content, thank you for making another point. and as u can see most people left the game or hated those changes. i know i would of,

it is ironic that with one patch they can destroy 5years worth of content and then think it a good idea to start a basis of game play on with this game.

umm all you say is expected too, i'm not asking for one or the other, stop being polititians, i not picking one or the other, i want all them things u mention.

also lots of rpg's have a class where u need to collect moves like picture takers that steal your moves threw taking pictures. yes it was entertaining collecting the spells/ gears, i don't get it most of you want solo play in game but u don't like the idea of running around killing mobs for spells/ gears.

stop trying so hard with excuses any reason is simpley put fixable by implemnting correctly, dont' shit on an idea that was good cause they screw it up.

I wont use opinion as facts, since you have not even played up to that level. I have to say, it is quite fun at lv90.

edit: I really hate clinging onto old outdated gears. I'd do lv75 content now and then but seriously, no jokes its only beneficial in the fun factor, and not for the gears.
