Feedback Regarding the Relic Upgrade Quest

Just got my Sphairai Atma, can I start bragging about how I'm a proMLG player and above everyone else because luck = skill and this is exactly the type of elite content the game needs because I have a thing that the majority won't have for a while thus I can feel super special and show everyone online how good I am at videogames yet?

What I do like is RNG. And well, RNG go hand in hand with RPG.

I'm also ok with a FAIR RNG. I know, i know... "well, it's random. Good luck!" but it doesn't make sense that someone has to do 500 fates to get 1 atma and other guy gets 1 in less than 10 minutes.

My first atma took around 4-5 hours. Then, i got 3 atmas in less than 15 minutes. I'm not joking...

Having a max level, high geared character grind low level FATEs in order to obtain a Zodiac weapon is just pure tedious and dumb.

2 hours of pure fate grinding and still 0 of 12 atma.
And after that we still have to grind 13500 myths?? 100myth per ct, 20myth per coil....

NO thanks.

Just give us an invincible boss that we have to beat in order to obtain zodiac. Would be more fun than the above.

Complete Duty Roulette: High Level, Low Level, Trials and Main Story, and you get 230 myth just in bonus, plus 25 Soldiery in bonus while you're at it.
It will also net you 60-85 myth depending on which trial or High Level dungeon you get.
That's 290-315 myths from four Duty Roulettes alone... with I believe 39-51 soldiery as well...
Throw in Duty Roulette: Expert for 50 myth and 45 soldiery for doing the dungeon, and 25 soldiery in bonus...

That's 340-365 myths a day without even trying hard...

I've been grinding for maybe around 8 hours and have yet to see an Atma drop. Can I complain now?

True, drop rate seems a bit low compared to what it gives. But most likely, it will get a boost in next update.

no you cant, your not allowed to complain before 3 days of farming, they need you to stay loged in till the next patch comes.

its hard to get groups now for anything, every time i ask for EX/dungeon my friends tell me they doing atma.

i wish people stop farming this BS and play the game, your paying 15$ a month to farm atma? come on.

4 hours to the April 2nd in Japan, waiting for a Letter too, but I don't realy think we'll see it. Anyway, i'm still farming in Western Thanalan, like the 4 past days.
Due to this quest, I haven't see Levi X & Moogle X, all of my FC are farming like hell to get a weapon with same stats than their Relic Zenith.
