I have been having issues with the game client kicking me out for no reason.
Name of ISP: Google Fiber 1 Gbps up and down. Sometimes I will get to 750 Mbps downstream and 850 Mbps upstream. (Also I can give my IP address if it is necessary, please PM me if you need it.)
Residence: Kansas City, Missouri, United States
Occurrence: 15 minutes after logging in, everytime I login.
Other Notes: I have logs on my Network Box saying that the connected service is a PTP connection. Also I have talked to Google Fiber and they told me to contact the tech support of the game I am playing. Also I have noticed it doing it when I am doing a lot when I am doing some type of battling and in instance servers. This has been affecting me since the start of the game. Any help would be appreciated. Also I am running PS3 version that has the bug, PC is fine.
Thanks,
Marek M.

I am just curios are you running PC? If so I have been able to fix on PC version by updating network card firmware, drivers and software.
Hopes this helps.
ISP: Comcast
Country: USA
Occurance: started on 4/5, pretty consistent
No reference number, nothing going on from their end and the issue only happens while playing FF.
ISP: Comcast
Country: USA (East Coast -- Atlanta)
Occurrence: also started around the release of patch 2.21, has been terrible ever since, with a 5 second pause every minute or so. Happens all times of the day, from off peak (4 AM EST on a Thursday) to peak (8PM EST on a Saturday), doesn't make a difference. Definitely global, as in things like casts, macros, etc are causing delays, and getting a lot of the "rubber band" effect.
I've tried taking this up with Comcast and Tata, because after investigation it looks like there's a lot of packet loss at Tata (AS 6453) 66.198.96.58 and iWeb 67.205.127.214, who I think hosts SE's servers in Montreal. Neither Comcast (my residential connection) nor Tata (who I'm not a customer of) have no interest in helping me at this point. Comcast (AS 7922) peers directly with Tata, but they won't escalate the case and it's the only internet connection I have in my condo
If I can't get resolution I'll definitely have to put my subscription on hold -- Titan Ex is simply unplayable, especially for a healer.
- Name of ISP
- Country of Residence
- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?)
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them
ISP: Sky Broadband
Country: United Kingdoms (Scotland)
Occurance: Before 2.2 patch there were rare lag spikes or random server boots. After 2.2 it just happens frequently throughout the game. Only exception where I don't get boot from server is when I'm afk and literally not moving.
The monthly subscription will be cancelled. Unfortunately, if I can't play, I don't particularly want to pay.
ISP: Time Warner Cable
Residence: North Carolina
Time: Everyday from 6 P.M. to 12 A.M.
No reference number, but I have brought up the issue and apparently they have no idea why/they keep trying to tell me its my internet browser(Which makes no fucking sense.)
