Feedback Regarding the Relic Upgrade Quest

We obviously have different definitions of work :/ Waiting in a spot for a fate to spawn whilest tabbing out, and having netflix running on half my screen while I run around spamming flash mindlessly doesn't really count as work to me. Just mind-numbing tedium I thought I'd gotten away from.... oh well, it is what it is. Let's not pretend it's hard though.

The irony is, the XIV community was so adamant the "FFXI crowd" is so small that SE would and should never listen to them, so no it's far from XI because even in XI you could proc 100% drop rate on those Atmas.

Seriously though, people still don't understand the concept of keeping people busy until the next patch? They did this with LotA with the weekly lockout.

I just like that there are options. Don't want to farm FATE's? Ok, go do Leviathan. Don't want to do Leviathan? Ok, go do Masterworks. Don't want to do any of those? Farm T5. The amount of time actually end up spending will be about the same. Some of these are definitely harder than others, just less time-consuming. Some ways will be faster for some people depending on their schedule.

Not to mention this is totally FFXI, pointing out one option that XI had in abyssea doesn't change the fact that everything else in FFXI was exactly the same, waiting around doing nothing until something pops then kill it and pray the RNG gods are on your side. FFXI at it's finest. These people asked for it, they got it. lol Get to work I say!!!!
