I disagree on the Kraken Club BCNM as being an equal challenge to the end games events

That doesn't matter at all. What matters is that the level cap is one of the main reasons why it was so challenging, and without it, the fight would not need as much skill and effort to win - therefore, the risk involved in doing the BCNM does not match the reward of the item.

There is still one flaw in the Kraken Club, Leaping Boots, Imperial Headband debate: You're all assuming that the gear in the r30 dungeon is going to comparable and useful all the way to level 50.

Assuming that the gear is relevant til end game. Something you have no idea whether the r30 dungeon is going to qualify for that or not.

Again, this point is not relevant either. The rank 30 raid gear is godly compared to the other rank 30 gear.

Balance the game at all ranks, not just for endgame.

If you just balance the game for endgame only, you make all your previous content useless once you let people level past 50 in the future.
