Lol Tanks and Healers get called Bad all the time and booted from the group because people cant clear the content with them if they suck.. Yet we are not allowed to boot out bad DPS that will slow down the game exp of those same Tanks and Healers once they master there craft..
How can it be there is 1 set of rules for tanks and healers and another for DPS if a Tank or Healer sucks its ok to belittle them and kick them yet when you say the same about a DPS people act like the world is ending

Sure.. if they're hindering your progress in the dungeon by all means kick them. But kicking them just because they don't live up to your standards is lame. Especially in low level roulette.

Most of the time it's easier to deal with a bad dps. If they keep ignoring the marking or running off pulling stuff, tell the healer to let them die. It usually only takes that once for them to stop being dumb. Bad DPS issues in dungeons usually have quick fixes. A tank or healer who can't run properly is a major issue because they usually don't understand their class then.
I still don't think kicking people is a good idea. If possible, try to help them. It's only the most belligerent of players who will screw things up for people and still not listen to advice.

What im reading is its ok to keep a Bad DPS doing a horrid job dealing dmg because they can be carried threw the instant why should Tanks ever put up with it. they suck at DPS they should be booted if a Tank cant hold hate or a healer cant heal we all know its an auto boot because like you said we cant move forward im just holding the dps to the same standards they hold us...

Lol, I'm not defending bad DPS; they should be held accountable. I'm just giving a reason for the double standard.

If it's DF, then I don't try to hold people up to my expectations. I've never been kicked as a tank - even when I was learning. Maybe that's why I'm a little more forgiving towards crappy DPS. Maybe they're just not good at the game. Maybe they also only have a few hours to play and can't master the game. So what if you're carrying them a bit? Hopefully they're learning while it happens.

If its T4 or Ex Primals, then sure, expect people to be on the ball. If it's Df or roulette then expect people to be casual players. A lot of people just do this for fun, you know?
