You are talking about "Number of seconds to wait after the last combat action to begin a new encounter" option?DRG parsing 310, more than they do on Cad, is an issue of the fight duration being cut short - on Twintania, ACT must be set to not drop combat when not applying damage for ~30 seconds.
Look at total duration. Anything less than ~10 minutes means you dropped combat and it's not the full fight.
I have it set to 12 seconds.
