1 and 2 have nothing to do with the way you get it (from a weekly cap or lockout, or that 1% drop) that has to do with the item itself.

3 has to do with view, i don't feel it gives it more value it just makes me have to get more items because instead of 1 being the best i need multiples for different situations.

4 items being sold is the same, weekly cap or not, it just comes down to if it's tradable or not.

5 this is also has to do with the individual player, plenty of players feel joy and accomplishment from getting items, while others don't.

in the end all you're saying is the gear is to bland and you wanna blame the weekly caps and lock outs.
