I almost never run into this on my data center where a tank just drops instantly. What are you running where you run into this?
Mostly in The Stone Vigil or Pharos Sirius, but I've had it happen in others as well just not as frequently. The tanks in my FC run occasionally, but unless I actually need help because I can't do something on my own then I don't bother them. And asking one of them doesn't really solve this problem for all the other people who're having the same thing happen...
