Ya um people, 38 is not a unattainable rank to get, just rank it up.

No one said that 38 is "unattainable". There's simply absolutely no reason for a large chunk of group leveling up not to have this rather basic function.

What I am stating is that if you take the time to rank con or thm, just subbing raise is enough if you want to use it low rank. Dieing as no consequences in this game besides being weakened which is probably why it comes later. There is no dire need for it.
