Lol i guess if your one of the ppl that act do nothing in game and just read some ppls post on here then maybe i see new ppl starting every day in Balmung legacy server some ppl are just un happy with everything they get nothing more
For me the 3 Months updates are failing, the wait is too long for little content =/.
One End game Primal/Boss Fight per month can work a lot better and a Full end game dungeons each 2 Months.
1.- Creating a Monthly boss fight will add a lot of vitality to the game.
2.- Each 2 months a new end game dungeon.
3.- Each 3 months release the big update, with some revamped dungeons in hard mode, hairstyles, vanity slots, minions, mounts, daily quests and 1 raid similar to crystal tower.
The balance at the end of year will be positive 12 bosses fights, 6 end game dungeons and 4 raids.
There are so many contradictions in the OP, that a legit response is near impossible.
Can you please start by providing sources for your information concerning subs, groups, and which encounters are played / not-played.

OP has alot of good points. Hopefully Yoshi has alot planned.
You think S.E will ever add interesting trash mobs in raids? Or would be primals and coil where you just begin at the boss pretty much and get started learning rotations/phases?
It is the same location, but a different, harder place of the location.
As example:
You choose the normal mode CDE dungeon (level 35) and go west after leaving the entrace room
You choose the hard mode CDE dungeon (level 50) and go southeast after leaving the entrace room, exploring a different part of the location, meeting different bosses
Yeah, I just cancelled my recurring sub. The game has some good static content, although I have some minor criticism about the story, voice acting, and choice of questing system. But when it comes to end game, they really didn't address the major issue with MMORPGs that should have been addressed by now, and that's the fact that these games demand a constant flow of revenue, but are completely consisting of static content. End game really needs to provide a highly replayable experience, which redoing the same boss over and over again does not accomplish. Instead, they depended on the kind of boss design that creates a need for player made tutorial videos and so much unpleasant drama in the community. It's really this style of end game that's forcing me to quit. Eventually showing up for raids feels like a job and not a game.
