    lol u got a point , but still the mechanic is just there to avoid killing ifrit while ignoring last round of nails >.< , if we can kill ifrit before he hellfire, let us kill it.

    OP : we got wiped sometimes on ifrit ex for that reason too , we just slowed down .


    same can be said of twintania , timing when 2nd neurolink breaks , sometimes it breaks just before conflag ~~....so we stop dps,and wait for conflag.

    stoping dmg isnt nothing new...the first boss of FF usually teach u to stop dps i.e:
