Is Inner Beast Duration To Short ? Vote

Yeah I understand u need to hit something to use inner beast, but I was wondering if it can miss, I personally haven't ever seen it miss, maybe because I haven't run coil yet. But has anyone ever seen it miss?
And if it does miss then I think it should be made so that it doesn't seeing as how essential it is to our tanking, also comparing with the PLD equivalent which doesn't

Personally, I think Inner Beast have missed once for me but I have no proof to back it up or deny it. It was during Caduceus that I notice I couldn't get the mitigation up as usual cause my accuracy was low. I think it's fine as is. It forces you to get that accuracy up which helps with building wrath stacks also since any of the skills can miss putting you back to Heavy Swing, thus delay your stack generation by 2 GCDs.
