+1 inner beast for off-GCD!

I personally have problems when swap tankers (Titan ex) and i have to maintain agroo and leave GCD free to pops IB for montain brust, can be done, but requires perfect timing on swaping/rotation, that makes things harder when playing on DF or PUGs.
on DS also can be a problem when u need get someone free from conflag and twintania loses your SP debuff and u need to SP again asap for the next DS and leave GCD free to pops IB perfectly otherwise healers goes bananas

Ya, this is a really good point for how it being on GCD really doesn't work well. I can usually plan for Titan EX, but there is occasions where between putting up SP, trying to maintain threat over the pug PLD, and put up IB for that MB is just a matter of *lesser of evils*. Usually that means throwing out a SS, letting SP drop, and throwing out IB. It is far more noticeable on Ifrit EX where breaths come so often I feel I am IBing more then BB/SP comboing.

While Death Sentence is somewhat timed, it is not exact, it is a 32 second window that it *can't* happen. So there is definitely hang time there to make sure IB will go off right when we see DS charge bar, or you just hope that within the 6 seconds after 32 seconds covers the DS time.

So again, like most of us are saying, IB oGCD would be best. I like the feel of the 6 second window, and how it can be powerful, it is just hindered by a 2.5 second GCD currently making IB very uncomfortable. Making it weaker and over longer intervals would lose some Warrior flavor IMO.
