Is there a substitute for heroes necklace? Like primal or ultima?

Not yet for primals, maybe on Leviathan later ... For the moment primals do Earrings/Bracers/Rings.
Ultima do have a decent one : 11 str / 10 CRT / 10 DET, good if you don't need the ACC from Hero's Neck. But Ultima seems to have troubles to drop necklaces, he does rings most of the time when i pay him a visit.

Allagan Trousers Of Maiming alludes me for yet another week. Still don't have any drops from T1. I'm starting to think that Cad hates me for some reason.

I've been doing coil for 5ish months now. I have all the DRG drops from Twintania, even. Still no trousers.

Ultima's isn't that bad (Crit/DET, but less STR), and if you aren't using the neck for Acc, it should be fine until the Striking neck drops.


As a side note: if we get our 9th Choker of Striking on Sunday I'm gonna be ticked. That thing has been blocking my mask from dropping for too long now.

Weird. I have more Necks than Rings from him (and am trying hard to get the Caster Ring right now...)

What he drops too much is BRD gear...both of them...

Yap, Ultima Choker's stat weight is very slightly more than Hero's Necklace, you just don't get any accuracy out of it.

Good news to report, after some rough attempts to fill slots in our normally full static we down T4 tonight and the Helm and Ring dropped, both of which i got. Brings me to i89 with 460 acc. Now i just need the striking choker.

Don't worry, I haven't got my Gauntlets from T2 and Helm from T4 since 3 Months ago, when I first cleared T4.
