Although it's sadly not that thrilling to hear about because hardly anyone can afford a FC house. Maybe personal houses will be more affordable, then this would certainly be put to use.
On my server (hyperion) the entire first zone of The Mist housing is sold out. Small houses are almost under 3 million.
