Well if there was anything worth buying that would be great, but in the end the only thing worth selling is some gathering stuff that in the end you will get at the market board. The whole system of getting equipment is pretty flawed and kill the market making it pretty worthless.
Thanks, I always wanted something like a market board in this game.

There's always the issue of taxes with the marketboard which adds a bit to the cost of items, so it may be the FC NPC you can setup will let you sell things without a tax or some other sort of bonus.
Levithan housing wards are pretty lackluster.
A few questions about those "to early to discuss" details...
1) Why is this not INSIDE the house? - Having bazaar's available outside is nice but i'd have preferred them to be inside the house to get people to come in. Or at least be able to have them inside OR outside at our preference. Having a bazaar on your lawn screams 10yr old's Lemonade Stand, and I dont really want that in my house.
2) Will there be an increase in "space" so we can place these NPCs (and whatever bazaar furniture that may accompany them) without having to completely trash our garden decor?
3) Will these NPCs be customizable ala our Retainers?
Please consider making these INSIDE NPCs only. Having a shop stall in your front yard is NOT what housing needs.
I'd rather be in Zitah
Some people have their houses on FC members only. Don't need strangers doin the nasty and RP'ing in their house/hottubs.A few questions about those "to early to discuss" details...

i am happy to hear about the personal shop being added to housing. I hope though that it will be used as people right now are finding it incresingly hard to afford housing. Also I am disappointed to hear that this will be an npc and not my actual character for the reasons I have stated previously in this thread. But I am grateful it is being considered at least
p.s. would the devs ever consider doing personal shops out in the open world instead of containing it just to housing? if not, why? thanks.

I can understand this. Although I would counter with... if you don't want people to see your house, then you don't need to have a "shop".
As I said, the last thing I want is to see the housing ward ending up looking like a bunch of houses with Lemonade stands out in front.
Adding these NPCs as an option is a step in a good direction but done before "bazaar" activity is a viable choice. The repair NPC is a good idea. A "Guild Retainer" that functioned like 1.0 retainers did and could be "placed" inside or outside would have been a better choice for this NPC. Personally I'd love to put my "NPC" behind the bar (something that just about every House seems to have regardless of size).

But honestly, I would rather have SE remove the npcs in the premade Market Stalls in each zone and let the FC's that wish to have a bazaar "rent" the stalls like we could in the 1.0 Market Wards. The NPCs in those stalls are borderline useless as it is anyways.

I hate to sound rude, but who are you to dictate who does and does not need to have a shop? Perhaps some people want to sell their wares without strangers crowding around inside their house doing who know's what.
