Srry to combo break this talk on accuracy and whatnot but since none of my friends play DRG (and since this is my first character >_>), I figured this would be the best place to get some questions answered.

I dinged 50 around a week and a half ago and have finished grinding my Darklight set (aside from 2 accessories which I should have tonight/tomorrow) and my relic quest about 30min ago, and now I just dont know where to go from here. I have 598 Myth saved up, so should I grab a piece of ilvl90 wyrm gear or save for Zenith? My first thought is Zenith but more health is always nice. On another gear related note, is there something to bridge the gap between darklight and wyrm? If so where would one have to go to get it.

Next question doesnt apply directly to DRG but, what dungeons should I be looking at next...CT and ultima? And after those EX primals and coil?

I had another question but im drawing a blank =/.....anyways thx for any advice you can give.

-CT / Ultima is the bridge between Darklight and Coil / Extremes.
-If you're full Darklight + Zenith, you can start doing Coil at least. Since you can easily do CT / Ultima you'll be even more ready for it while looking for a group to go with.

As for what Myth gear to get after, I would personally get the Body (Myth is better than that T1 drop), then Feet (T5), then Head (T4), then Gloves (T2), then Belt (T1), then some accessories (I don't highly recommend the Myth legs unless they just will not drop from T1, or you want them for a no-accuracy build)...this means for CT gear I'd go in reverse order (legs, gloves/belt, head, feet).

Just what I think, others may have other opinions

If you have the option of getting the Holy Lance from Extreme primals I would say go with that. The DPS loss compared to the Zenith is almost negligible and would save you 900 Myth.

I would take any footage posted by SE with a mountain of salt. Unless your group actually does tank Ifrit facing into the arena. . .

I used my alt's lvl 43 DRG to get all the data with ACC below 341. All tested with the lvl 50 Striking Dummy in Whitebrim.
Swings / Hit - Hit Rate%

ACC: 285
Front: 902 / 693 - 76.83%
Flank: 990 / 782 - 82.93%
Rear: 905 / 803 - 88.73%

ACC: 300
Front: 1001 / 819 - 81.82%
Flank: 1004 / 867 - 86.35%
Rear: 914 / 843 - 92.23%

ACC: 320
Front: 1009 / 894 - 88.6%
Flank: 966 / 899 - 93.06%
Rear: 970 / 948 - 97.73%

ACC: 341
Front: 949 / 898 - 94.63%
Flank: 861 / 861 - 100%
Rear: 743 / 743 - 100%

ACC: 367
Front: 900 / 900 - 100%

Just going off of this, seems there is a 5-6% difference in ACC required going from Rear to Flank to Front. Whenever I get the chance, I'll try and get some data from open world mobs at different level ranges to see if this behavior remains the same. Unfortunately, testing this in Coil or CT properly is not really practical, especially since the chat log no longer tells us if we hit a mob from the side, rear, front as it did in 1.0.

I was wondering, how much DPS should a DRG deal in T5? Can anyone provide some base damage? I'm worried that I might be underperforming in our team. :3

I find the consistency to be a bit tight considering the sample size, but doubt any of it was doctored. Good information and thanks for the contribution, I hope more comes from this testing.

Apparently 341 is the accuracy cap for the flank on Lv. 50 Dummys. Could you try aim for 335-340 if possible? This week I'll power-level up an alt to around 45 and do a really large sample size.

So. If this really is the case, that there is a difference in Accuracy between the different positions, what Accuracy Requirement would be the safest for us to aim for? The flank or rear?
Or would it alternate depending on the players/teams tactics for handling certain bosses? Because the Flank seems more sensible to me, as a lot of players switch between rear/flank for different phases of fights, as well as our most important buff is done from the Flank.
