    What other programs are you running, does it happen when you have the ipad thing completely turned off, does it happen if you disable SLI? Do you have the game set to lock the mouse to the game window?

    You do realise that when you select borderless windowed, the 'resolution' controls within FFXIV are disabled, and match the resolution that windows is using, right? The numbers listed under 'custom' are just the default settings for if you change off borderless windowed - they're not the settings currently being applied.

    You can't make FFXIV run 'full screen' or 'borderless' in a different resolution to your desktop.

    ETA: Also running a fullhd monitor alongside another, on ATI GPU (6950) without any issues.
