- Name of ISP: Comcast/Xfinity
-Platform: PC
- Country of Residence: USA (Colorado)
- When does the problem occur: always
Issues include lag in game and game client download speed is horrible.
- Name of ISP - Bright House
- Country of Residence - US, Florida
- When does the problem occur: Sporadically. It's fine sometimes and sometimes jumps. My receiving goes up to over 4000 on occasion and I always seem to rubberband around the map. Also, NPCs take a long time to load (two minutes or more).
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them - I've not had this issue with any other game, so I do not believe it to necessarily be an ISP problem.
ISP : Verizon FiOS
Country : New York
Time : In Duty Finder
Datacenter: Primal - Exodus
Started after the 2.1 patch but resolved by using WTFast. After the release of 2.15 even WTFast doesn't fix it anymore.
- Comcast
- United States, California
- Constantly random. During quest dialogue, FATEs, dungeons, battle,. My character's actions will not translate to the server at all for up to 3 minutes.
Started after the 2.1 patch. Has gotten noticeably worse over the last month.
ISP: Vodafone España.
Platform: PC.
Country: Spain, Barcelona, El Maresme.
Time: Since two weeks ago, at nights from 10PM (GMT+1) until the next morning, and since five days ago, at all times.
Data Center: Ultros.
The main issue is, with the connection not having any cuts, I keep getting disconnected by error 9000X 2 or 3 minutes after logging in, though re-logging is instant, I don't even need to exit the client.

I'm going to quote Awimboway's post because it is exactly the same problem I have:
"Since the 14th of January I have had persistent 10-20 second lag spikes throughout the day, every day. Some spikes going on for as long as 5 minutes. I don't lose connection during this time but everything just stops then suddenly all happens at once when the lag spike ends (which I am sure is not good for my computer). Is also making the game basically impossible to play, I can just about get my daily quests done each day but if this is something that can't or won't be fixed soon I will have to stop subscribing as paying for something I literally cannot use seems counter-intuitive."
I raised this first with my ISP they have been profiling the line, sent me a new router, micro filters and boosted the line. Both on the old and new router I could see the incoming speed from the provider was and is 19 Mbps. Considering the package I'm on is 20 Mbps maximum, I can't see how this is the ISP's fault. They have no "choke holding" policy in place for my account as I am on their top end package (unless I jump to fibre optic). Lastly, it makes no difference what time I log on the problem is constant.
For the last 4-5 days this problem appears to have rectified itself, I have had one 90k disconnection but other than that next to no lag.
- Verizon FiOS
- U.S.A.
- PC
- Problem occurs always. (Since January 2014. Issue was nonexistent before that)
I've been experiencing the massive lag spikes for the past 3 weeks only. It's made any boss fight encounter unplayable. The issue does not exist for me when playing over Comcast ISP.
