When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Constant disconnects (90002) followed by repeated 3102 errors, around 0700-1300 (GMT +9) Unbearable lag around 1800-2300 (GMT +9)

Just happened 2 days ago, usual ping was 80-90ms, current ping is 138-238ms connecting to Japan server.

It is because they switched tier 3 providers.

It used to be from SG ---> HK ----> JP

Now it is SG ---> HK -----> US(cali) -----> JP

Call them up. I did too.

- It seems to intensify during peak hours but for the past couple weeks has been prevalent during all times. Additionally, it seems to not affect the open world, or only to a minor amount, and seems to mainly cause issues in 4-person instances.

- When does the problem occur: lagspikes start at 20:00 till 23:30-00:00.

I admit my latency wasn't that great to begin with when playing FF14 because EU servers are located in Canada, but since 2.5 i suffered severe lagspikes where everything around me stops for few seconds and then the game catches up all at once. If i use a VPN service (like WTFast or Pingzapper) my experience is a lot better, almost flawless but it's annoying to be forced to pay for a different routing when i knew i could play well before this problem occured :S
