Whats the trick to Haukke Manor (HM)?

First boss:
- Make sure the skeletons are killed far away from each other. If the Jester summons the huge purple circle, and there's at least 3 skeletons inside the circle, a Steward will spawn, which will almost always cause a wipe.-

The few times I've seen the Steward spawn, I've never seen it cause a wipe. <.<;
