Whats the trick to Haukke Manor (HM)?

There are 2 types of add as said by Mr. Happy.

1st: the skeletons with the boss
2nd: Skeletons that spawn on from the cage

Skeleton bones (from orginal set?) on the magic circle should pop a steward.

mr happy never mentioned steward even existing or how to deal with it. How do you avoid it wiping the party? what does the tank do?
