Also for every "<insert job here> drops every time!" from one group, another group will say "<insert some job different from the first one> drops every time". Random number is random, stop crying that its broken.

There are already lots of non-random ways for you to get loot, as I explained. If you can't stand non-100%-drops, then play content that doesn't have them.

i already suggested how it would be much better and it's not programmed against anyone. there isn't enough content in this game to just do that.

If you go 17 boss kills without the item you want...And it drops on the 18th kill, I'd call that exhilarating!

Yeah switching from i90 to i90 bis which is a tiny upgrade is oh so exhilarating.
