Tanks Who Constantly Queue and Then Withdraw Trying to Get in Progress Instances

I'm sorry, but what? Withdrawing does indeed affect other people. You think those other 3/7/23 people are not affected when you withdraw? Switch your class to a DPS and see how it feels to wait an extra 5-10 minutes (and maybe even more) before you can enter the Crystal Tower from the moment the first confirmation popped.

if your queue pops... and i withdraw you stay at the front of hte line. You either get me or a new tank. If you get me you will again get a with draw and put back to the front of the line..... If i do not que at all you STILL will be waiting for a tank..... my with draw doesnt change the fact YOU ARE WAITING FOR A TANK!

typically i have to queue and withdraw maybe 2 times before i find an already in progress run. Like OMG this tank he has withdrawn 2 times now we must WAIT FOREVER!!! what you dont understand if i never queued you would still be waiting the same amount of time looking for a tank.....

As the #23 reply says, you are completely wrong, CT queue works slightly differently. Stop trying to justify your behavior, there is none and you're not winning this one.

Me entitled????? >.< who here is telling OTHERS how they should play??? I'm not telling anyone OH you should ONLY QUEUE this way and only this way.... I have a limited time frame to play. I also only need loot of the last 2 bosses. to maximise my chances of getting the loot i need in the time periode i have to play I queue for INPROGRESS RUNS. Thats why the freaken option is there. I'm not the entitled one here. i should be able to play the game the way i want to and you should be able to play the game the way you want to. You want to wait for a full group for a full run thats you thats how you want to play. I however dont. I will use the option and queue for an inprogress run and i will keep withdrawing till i find one. thats is my right in the game its an option and i choose to use it.

Only partially true. If during the time that the group gets the pop and you withdraw, another tank joins and accepts, the group you withdrew from now has to wait through your withdrawing longer than they would have. Another thing, though it doesn't happen as often anymore, is if the instance servers are really crowded. You'll get all 4 people, then have to wait for the instance to reserve. If ANYONE withdraws, sure you go back to the front for that role, but you go to the BACK for the reservation.

The difference is, I can be waiting doing other things: quests, level an alt, gathering etc knowing that when the DF pops I am going into CT.

When some inconsiderate idiot repeatedly withdraws, I cannot do those things as I can't be sure whether I can safely ignore the DF pop.

You are inconveniencing 23 other people for your own convenience. We cannot stop you being a dick. But, no matter how much you try justify it to yourself, you can no longer claim that you are a good player, you know that you are jerking around 23 other people so you can get your 1/3 progress run.

Take a look at the reactions on this forum, how many are on your side? Still think you're in the right?

you can still do those things.... like i said before to someone else. Feel free to have the "need" to click the commence button the SECOND it pops or be smart and wait 10 seconds before you click. anyone withdrawing is gonna do it instantly... so you can still go on about your way till you see the queue pop stick..
