Whether you have a player skipping the cutscene by pressing escape or because he has them disabled in an option makes _ZERO_ difference on newer players being targeted. Look, I was level 50 within the first two weeks of launch, and when I did my Castridium/Praetorium, I had people yelling at me to skip cutscenes (and missed a few bosses). Since they designed the game where you have to finish the story to reach end-game content, they NEED players at the level cap to queue for these dungeons. And forcing them to manually skip cutscenes every 5 minutes isn't a good way to entice people to help newer players finish their storyline.

Hell no it wouldn't. I would seriously never queue Cast/Prae again if I was forced to click through 5-10 minute long cutscenes, effectively doubling the place's length. A better option is making it so players can't be kicked from a dungeon if it's their first time clearing it.
