Not only that. The fight expects people to always be perfect. It is highly stressful without any fun. We are not robots and making contents that requires 8 people to be perfect for long periods of time is just not good design.

You are the joy of companies who sell runs
I can consider you are a good player who avoid plumes, landslide and bombs, but your partners not. Then, the solution is change party members.
The delay is not a big problem, was fixed since 2.1, except specific case.

Pretty much if you analyze the MMORPG playerbase this generation - Too hard? People want it nerfed into the ground so they can faceroll it. Too easy? People want a challenge mode - "happy medium" no longer exists due to the current generation because the playerbase that will make a company the most money will almost always consider something "too hard, nerf it" if it can't be done within 10 minutes or with minimal work.
That's why F2P, B2P, Freemium and DLC does so well these days.
There are several ways in which a content can be hard or easy.Pretty much if you analyze the MMORPG playerbase this generation - Too hard? Nothing will ever satisfy everyone. But even within "hard" or "easy", you can make variations.

Again, binaries. People are continuous, not binaries.
I believe the problem with Titan, outside of the lag issues that are running rampant right now, is that your teammates become hazards due to Weight. In contrast to Ultima's Weights which are set. However, Plumes/Eruptions in Ultima cause your teammates to become hazards once again. Frankly, I'm of the belief that your teammate should never, ever be a hazard. I believe it is completely antithetical to an MMO to have a teammate, due to a certain mechanic, be the reason another teammate dies. It encourages some really uncooperative play.
Here's a great example:
What about this comment says, "We're playing an MMO. Let's all play together, challenge ourselves, but ultimately come through it because we were a team"? To me, it says, "You suck. I'm better. Don't be bad."

Well, you will be a stubborn to play with a guy who is hit by plumes, bombs, and landslide. You will be a great friends, but you can defeat titan extreme now unless others members from party will do 250 dps or more.
I am selfish, i admit it. My objetives in the game are defeat all bosses. Fortunately, i found a great group who think like me. If one of them fail, he learn, practice and improve his skill, he don't go to forums, linkshells or FC crying because the actual content is done to "elite players".
