Beyond the daily bonus, the reward doesn't make up for it. Better to select the dungeon in your level range after the roulette is done. Also, I've been given Garuda, so yeah, no.

People do get higher level stuff, but it seems the lowest level dungeons get hit alot. So if you only do a roulette a day, and story/class quests it would be pretty easy to hit 50 and be pretty clueless about rotation and so on.

Of course. I level exclusively with dungeons, pre 2.1 included, specifically so i know as much about my job as i can. Not many others have that desire. But the environment to learn exists if people use it.
