So there really isn't much difference between the rewards for single & multiple turn ins anymore I suppose.Well, let me give you an example. The leve for Costa Del Sol was around 15k before 2.1. Now, it is 30k.
I only use the triple turn-in if I can find them on the market and/or there are materials on the market for me to craft them. But you can assume I leveled most of my crafting without the triple turn-ins.
So I suspect you might find greater success if you opt for triple turn-ins. (e.g. Costa Del Sol - Triple Turn-ins - one leve = 13k exp; HQ items = 26k exp; x3 =78k exp per leve allowance; 2 leve = +1 level.)
The reason I did not use triple turn-ins mostly because it is quite time consuming to gather mats/buy mats/ unavailability etc. Even then, normal leve gives 60-65k exp for HQ items, you are not missing out that much compare to mutiple turn in.
