Guess I'll chime in one more time. I don't care what your opinions are of a healer who doesn't have swiftcast. That's not why I'm here, was just asking whether it was necessary to have it or not. And what I'm getting from all the posts are, "it's not necessary to have but important to have."

Obviously, I'll eventually get to it someday. But right now, I don't have all the time in the world to be playing this game, which is why I said I don't want to be bothered to lvl up another class if it isn't necessary to have the skill. So maybe you guys have more time than me, who knows.

So because I have a lack of time, I'm considered -insert word here-, well that opinion is yours and yours alone. Nothing I can do to change it and nothing I will do to change it.

Well thank you for the small talk, I appreciate it but I'll be sticking to my original agenda until the time calls for it.

I'm also not even near end-game yet, so not even time for me to consider that. I'll take that into account once I get there.

If you actually bothered to read op question you would see that he clearly asked if swiftcast was mandatory spell to get not what your opinion is on players that choose to not get it. And i think we clearly established that the answer is no.

I did read the OP. Perhaps I'm just blown away that the OP is so "shocked" that people would also have opinions about the subject.

Also, I believe the consensus was more along the lines of, "Well, no, but you're hurting your team if you don't have it." Which, to me, means, "Yes, it's mandatory." Then again, some people have different priorities.
