Since you said you'll be primarily be doing WP (repeated runs = SR?), swiftcast will help immensely if you ever decide to chip in with some holy DPS. If swiftcasted it'll push out the stun asap giving you time to queue more holy spam without the tank dropping instantly if casted normally (~2.90ish cast time + skill delay).

i only got swiftcast for t5 since people were shocked when i didnt have it, still dont think it is vital. However yes it does give an edge. As for eye, you dont need it either \, like swift it will help, i am only getting it now, even though i completed the game already. My advise is if your with a static to talk to them about that, and what is their position on it, however they will probably want you to get it. Also depending on your skill level, and the people you play with cause the game isnt hard, and you certainly can go without it.

The amount of utility that swift cast offers is insane. More so than any other cross class ability, this is the one you're going to want to have. On a 60 second cooldown, there's no reason not to use it every single pull, and it gives white Mage a little more strength when it comes to mobile heals, where it's sorely lacking outside of regen

Swiftcast is a really useful skill, and considering a lot of cross class skills WHM can slot aren't too great, you will definitely want to get it. Just consider levelling other classes as research, knowing how they work will make you a better player and healer.

Eye for an Eye became a very good skill to weave since 2.1 patch due to Virus nerf.

Swiftcast is a no-brainer, you should have it as it is the best Cross-skill you can have as a Caster. It's not only limited to Raise you know.

I feel what your saying, to be honest my number 1 use of swiftcast is swiftcast-> stoneskin to buy me time and give the tank a lead before the 1k cures pull hate.

Revive....that's 800mp almost I save revive for SCH and SMN only cast if I have to.

It took me a while before finding the patience for that 26 but since I have Swiftcast couldn't imagine to play without.
Apart from almost trivializing a death (honestly, I hardly ever raised in battle without), it's useful for basically any skill with cast time. Even just throwing stoneskin at tank between pulls without need for him to stop. And an immediate aoe heal eh... It's basically an overclock skill. Ad helps you be more of a mobile healer (and this game needs aload of mobility) and less of a turret.
I have yet to get Eye for an eye instead, but I sure want it.
