It's strange to see #1 happen, e.g. i80 gear just dropping to the floor on a regular basis, even if it's an upgrade to someone and someone has the job leveled... just gets dumped.

And then people that leave in the middle of a run once the loot they're looking for doesn't drop OR in the case that it does drop, they're gone. And I haven't seen many tanks join a party in progress. This has been... unfortunate.
