If SE/Yoshi stays true to what they previously stated about restrictions on players on Legacy servers you only have ~2.5 more months until you can transfer to any server, at that point the price of housing will likely be normalized across all servers.

The higher price of housing on Legacy is so the small pool of players with a significant amount of gil can't screw over everybody else by buying up all the best lots tomorrow (there is currently a finite number of lots available.)

So all the people whining about this decision are actually the ones being protected by it in the long term.

I think England have a better chance of winning the world cup, in a final vs Spain and hammering Spain 10-0 then Yoshi keeping his work on unlocking restrictions. The max gil you can transfer (unless it's changed) is 4M (3M char, 1M retainer). Cheapest plot is 4M gil.......

That is why I included 'if', though in hindsight I probably should've put it in caps, bold, underlined and italics!

Honestly, I hope they keep their word and lift all of the restrictions on transfers at that point (don't have to forfeit anything on transfer.)

To be clear, I don't agree with the price of housing; I think it is flawed logic, but it is still a logic.
