If English speakers used the "like" system like the Japanese did, it'd be a lot less messy and people's opinions would actually be more picked up by the company.
So many people will add a comment in agreement but not actually "like" the OP.
I'm sorry if it has a stigma from faceboook and other social media, but you will actually get you point across more if you don't spam the forums with posts and new threads (about the same thing), and expect them to go through all of it (which they will have to, most likely).
The point inevitably becomes diluted though. You can always post your opinion after as well, anyway. Not to mention there's a daily post limit.

Relinquishing an estate back to the server is not the same as selling the deed to another player, right? Because I could've sworn Yoshi said players would be able to sell land deeds to each other.
