I'm disgusted with the bard nerf.

IS reducing enemy evasion by 10% equals to increase accuracy by 10% too?if it is, well thats quite a buff u know esp with some nerf to BiS gears with tons of accuracy

Ask all the tanks you currently know if they would prefer 10% reduced attack dmg vs 10% reduced evasion and also ask if they've ever seen what they're hitting show an eva msg in their log. I've never heard any tank on my server say the boss/mob has too much eva.
At least now brds will be able to use the tp they would've used for the current effect of RoD for more single target rotations.
