- 90 Days Later: 3,698,000 gil
* The price will reduce a maximum of 360 times in 90 days and will will fall to half its starting price.
* From patch 2.2 onward, a free company will automatically relinquish its land if its estate is unused for a prolonged period of time.

are they serious 90 days???? i think NO ONE should buy a home till they make adjustments. they took 90% of my gil from 1.0 and now they put out crazy FFXI prices. i should get my gil back

Sorry, but you can't ALL have gigantic mansions on the most prestigious plots of land, sorry. You can, however, buy smaller affordable housing.

You clearly didn't read the patch notes. It takes 3 months (REAL months not in-game) to be HALF the price of the original. Read the patch notes before trying to blindly insult everyone here who have been giving solid reasons to being upset.

I read the patch notes just fine, I just skimmed the numbers. >.> And the fact that I think the in game housing is a waste of development resources doesn't help my blindness when going through that section. I'm sorry if I actually managed to insult someone...

What numbers are you basing this on? For something that the majority of the player base can do at the same time in an economy with so little consumption as 14's, it'll have to be from a gil-fountain source.

Maybe i've missed something, but last time I checked leves and such doesn't generate 1.25mil per week, which, btw, comes out to approx. 1700-1800 leves, or about 600 dungeon runs.

Whats the point of setting it at 600+ mil to begin with? Do they really think someone gonna buy it? Why bother doing this count down system if noone gonna be getting any great deals. It's stupid.

Why dont they just do Rent a house system... 1mil a week FC rent... yeah right people still wouldnt do it.

I'm wondering if this might be a possibility, considering the typos throughout the patch notes. I don't like the numbers, but will keep a relatively open mind until the servers come back up after maintenance.

It reaches it's lowest cost at 90 days. 600 mil, 300 mil, who cares? either way it's way too much. Nobody's gonna buy a house at those prices and SE's hard work will go to waste. 6 months to a year later they'll reduce the cost.

This is really sad. My Free Company has saved a lot of money together to buy one.

We can't even afford the smallest plot of land.
We don't want a mansion.
We want something to hang out together that we can call our own.
